To connect your bank account using Plaid, complete the three-step wizard inside the card management section in the TALK web portal. To open the wizard, click the Add Funds Button  inside the card management section and then click the Link Account Button inside the Fund Using Plaid section.

To connect the bank follow these steps:

  • Click the Start Authentication Button and login to your bank using your bank's username and password. If you don't have an online account setup for your bank, you will first need to create one by going to your bank's online system web portal. Some banks require you to answer challenge questions or to enter a code sent to your mobile phone.
