Guide to TALK notifications


TALK can let you know about recent transactions, incomplete transactions, or other items that need your attention. You can choose how often TALK notifies you via push notification or text message. Note that notifications are intended as a convenient way to access the app, however you don't need to wait for a notification to complete a transaction. If you make a transaction and don't receive a notification after a couple of minutes, you can open the app to see if the transaction has being posted to your account and click to complete it. 

Update your notification preferences:

1. Tap the icon on the top right corner of the home screen



2. Tap Settings



3. Tap Advanced Notification Settings



4. Edit your notifications, then tap Save at the bottom.

Tip: It is recommended that you have all of these settings on, specially when you have low network connectivity as some notifications may be undelivered.
