Exporting transactions to a spreadsheet.


You can export the transactions submitted in TALK to a csv file that can be easily imported into other accounting softwares such as QuickBooks or Xero. To do so, follow the next steps:

1. Click the Transactions tab.

2. Click the Export button to reveal the options pop-up.

3. Select one of the options under Range to tell TALK which transactions you want to export. If you want to export transactions within a specific date range or with a specific category, vendor, etc., perform a search or an advanced filter first and then select 'Current Filtered Search'.

4. Select one of the options under Type to determine in which format you want the export to be. The Money In and Money Out formats are designed to be imported into other accounting softwares. The Ledger format creates a spreadsheet that arranges all the transactions by category and provides the totals for each column.
