Forgot your password?
If you forget your password and are unable to login to your account, click on the "Forgot password?" link either from the login page in the web portal or the sign-in screen in the mobile app. You can also just click right here to: Reset My Password Now
An email will be sent to your email with further instructions. Please check your spam folder if you are unable to find the email from email@example.com.
If you cannot access the email address associated with your TALK account, please contact your email service provider to regain access to the email account first.
Update your password?
If you are able to log into your account and would just like to change or update your password you can do that by clicking on the user icon on the top-right corner of the screen and selecting "User Profile".
A window will appear that contains the user's basic information. The third panel labeled "Security" contains a short form to change the password. You must enter your current password as well as the new password and confirm new password. If you enter the wrong current password your account will be locked after 5 failed attempts for 1 hour.
